1. Perishable Product Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

The issue is reported within 2 hours of delivery.

The product is unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).

Sufficient proof is provided (e.g., photos, videos).
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if the claim does not meet the criteria above.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once the product is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
